M8 Social Publisher Terms of Service

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials, authorized workspace members, and activity under your account.

M8 Social Publisher is offered to independent creators, businesses, and authorized marketing teams. Access may be provisioned after an account request while we expand capacity.

You may connect only TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize us to process information and perform the specific upload or publishing actions you initiate.

TikTok products remain governed by TikTok's terms, policies, creator settings, review decisions, availability, and usage limits.

Before a direct post, you must review the selected media, account, caption, privacy, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosure, and TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation. You remain responsible for the content and settings you approve.

Draft upload sends content to TikTok for additional editing and publishing in TikTok. Direct Post submits content using the settings you select. Processing may take several minutes and may fail because of platform limits or account settings.

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited content; to impersonate another person; to bypass platform controls; to distribute malware; or to compromise accounts or systems.

You must have the rights and permissions required for every upload, including music, likenesses, trademarks, sponsored content, and third-party material. You are responsible for required disclosures and compliance with advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law or platform policies, or address misuse. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, approval by TikTok, or third-party platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M8 Apps and Kenneth Adrian Yepez are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, audience, or business opportunities.
